MOSCOW, Idaho — The Moscow man accused of stabbing his father in October pleaded guilty to aggravated battery in a plea deal on Tuesday.
Dylan Thompson, 35, who recently was found fit to stand trial pleaded guilty in front of Judge John Judge. He was originally charged with attempted second-degree attempted murder and burglary charges.
Court documents show that his guilty plea was for aggravated battery and didn’t include his burglary charges.
Thompson is scheduled to appear in court to be sentenced on March 6.
