Idaho prosecutor seeking death penalty against neo-Nazi accused of murder

NEZ PERCE COUNTY, Idaho – Nez Perce County Prosecutor Justin Coleman announced that his office is seeking the death penalty against white supremacist gang member Skylar Meade for allegedly murdering a man after breaking out of prison.

Meade allegedly broke out of a Boise hospital during his medical visit from the high security facility where he was serving out a precious sentence.

After purportedly fleeing with fellow gang member Nicholas Umphenour, the two allegedly stole the car of 83-year-old in Juliaetta. near Leland alongside an abandoned Honda Civic that Umphenour and Meade were allegedly driving before switching to Mauney’s Chrysler Pacifica.

“After long and careful consideration I have decided to seek the death penalty in this case. The senseless and random killing of Mr. Mauney and the facts surrounding what lead to his death, warrants this determination,” Coleman said.

It is unclear whether additional charges related to the murder of Gerald ‘Don’ Henderson
