SPOKANE, Wash. – Kaiser Permanente has announced a data breach affecting thousands of customers.
According to the company’s written notice of the breach to Washington’s Office of the Attorney General, social security numbers were not involved in the breach.
The stolen data was initially identified in April and a company investigation into the breach is ongoing.
