MOSCOW, Idaho – Latah County District Court Judge John Judge sided with prosecutors on Wednesday by ordering Bryan Kohberger’s defense team to refrain from contacting any potential jurors in the quadruple-murder case.
The order comes after Kohberger’s team , which prosecutors argued violated a gag order on the proceedings.
Kohberger’s team argued that Judge potentially violated his due process rights by temporarily stopping the phone survey. The Wednesday decision now puts that survey and all other questions to potential jurors to a halt.
