MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Supreme Court has ruled that Bryan Kohberger will be tried in Ada County.
In a decision made on Thursday the court ruled that Judge Steven Hippler will be assigned to the case, replacing Latah County’s Judge John Judge.
Kohberger will also be transferred to Ada County Sherriff’s Department ‘forthwith’ but no specific time has been given.
