Kootenai Sheriff’s Office leads investigation that results in the arrest of sex offenders

KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho – A month-long investigation by the Kootenai Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of two sex offenders from Coeur d’Alene.

The two arrestees later identified as 44-year-old Conrad E. Fallentine and 52-year-old Christain R. Green were both arrested separately during simulators traffic stops in the area of Highway 41 and East Horsehaven Avenue in Post Falls.

The investigation included daily and nightly surveillance at two different locations in Post Falls and found that both men had unlawfully moved into a house on North Westwind Drive.

Law enforcement was then able to obtain an arrest warrant and took the non-compliant sex offenders into custody.

Fallentine was charged and booked with sex offender registration violations, failure to notify of address change/updated information, and sex offender registration violation/providing false information. Fallentine’s bond is set at $150,000.

Green was charged and booked into the Kootenai County Jail on sex offender registration violation/failure to notify of address change/updated information and sex offender registration violation/providing false information. Green’s bond is set at $100,000.

This is an ongoing investigation, and additional charges against Fallentine, Green, as well as other individuals involved in this matter, are still being investigated and considered by law enforcement.
