MOSCOW, Idaho — The Idaho Foodbank is giving away food to everyone who wants fresh produce and other nutritious food at the Latah County Fairgrounds on August 26.
According to The Idaho Foodbank, fresh produce, frozen meats, dairy, and dry goods will be distributed on Monday at the Latah County Fairgrounds starting at 10 a.m. and will continue until every box is given away.
All food is free, and they only require minimal documentation or eligibility requirements.
“The Idaho Foodbank is committed to ensuring all Idahoans have access to nutritious food, regardless of their situation and background,” said the foodbank in a news release.
Volunteers from United Way of Moscow and Latah County are partnering with The Idaho Foodbank to hand out the food.
