MOSCOW, Idaho – The Latah County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing 17-year-old reported missing in Moscow.
According to the sheriff’s office, Amillya Riggs was last seen wearing baggy pants and a black zip-up hoodie with a green hoodie underneath.
“Amillya has connections to Lewiston and Potlatch and may be heading to those locations as well,” the sheriff’s office said.
