CARLTON, Wash. – Level 2 (Be Set) evacuation orders have been issued for a fire burning near Carlton.
According to Okanogan County Emergency Management, the fire is located to the north of the west side of the Methow River and the east side of Twisp-Carlton Road.
A Level 2 Evacuation indicates significant danger in the area. Residents should pack emergency items and stay informed through local media, the fire department, and public safety officials.
