ROSALIA, Wash. – A Lewiston man is accused of vehicular assault and DUI by Washington State Patrol (WSP) for allegedly smashing his Mini Cooper into a median after driving dangerously.
WSP claims that the man was driving northbound with two other people in the car on State Route 195 when he exited State Route 271 through the off ramp curve and then veered out of the roadway, smashing a median and coming to a stop in the median.
All three people were transported to the hospital with injuries and the Mini Cooper was totaled.
