LEWISTON, Idaho – The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office arrested a sex offender who failed to register after moving to Lewiston.
According to the sheriff’s office, Timothy Brink has failed multiple times to register as a sex offender after a 2003 sexual abuse charge leveled against him in Oregon.
“Brink failed to notify Oregon that he was in Idaho, he also failed to notify Idaho and register here,” the sheriff’s department said.
Brink was arrested Monday for failing to register as a sex offender in Idaho.
