LEWISTON, Idaho – Local law enforcement charged a man with two counts of lewd conduct involving a child under 16.
Keagan Bounds, a 27-year-old from Lewiston, was taken into custody last week.
Court documents allege that Bounds engaged in sexual abuse of a minor over a period of nine years.
The victim reportedly informed police that the latest incident occurred this past summer.
On Friday, a bond of $100,000 was set for Bounds, who is scheduled to have a preliminary court hearing on October 30.
