LEWISTON, Idaho — Lewiston police are urging drivers to avoid the scene of a crash where a car hit a power pole.
According to the Lewiston Police Department, the crash occurred in the 500 block of Thain Road, between Burrell Avenue and Grelle Avenue. Police said the car collided with a power pole, and live wires are now on the ground.
Authorities indicated that the roadway will be closed for about an hour, with the northbound lanes remaining closed for up to two hours.
