LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – The Liberty Lake Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a 17-year-old runaway.
Javier Seaman-Buckenburger has been missing since Sept. 25 and is reported by his mother as a runaway.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with flag design on the back and bright colored shoes. He is 5″8, 190 lbs, has brown eyes and black hair.
Seaman-Buckenburger has reportedly been off his mental health medication for several days and has been suspected of using controlled substances.
Police say Seaman-Buckenburger could be in the Liberty Lake, Spokane or Spokane Valley.
His communication with his family has been infrequent after he stated he would be home after an unknown friend’s house.
