SPOKANE, Wash. — Firefighters are on the scene of a crash in downtown Spokane that is causing major traffic backups.
The nature of the crash is unknown at this time, but it has reduced all lanes on Third Avenue to just one lane while firefighters work at the scene. The crash occurred at the intersection of Third Avenue and South McClellan Street.
