SPOKANE, Wash. – A car crash on I-90 westbound just west of Havana is causing major traffic delays during rush hour.
According to Spokane Area Traffic, the crash, which occurred near the Havana exit at milepost 283, has blocked the left lane. The lane is expected to reopen around 6:45 p.m.
