SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people for an alleged burglary on Tuesday.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department, Geoffrey Maguire and Destanee Wilson attempted to access an apartment at around 1 am.
Maguire purportedly broke a window to enter the apartment and then let Wilson in through the front door.
The Sheriff’s department claims that Maguire and Wilson were smoking fentanyl in the apartment before several deputies and K9s arrived and arrested them.
Maguire is currently in Spokane County Jail facing four charges, one of which is due to a previous criminal trespass warrant according to law enforcement.
Wilson is also in Spokane County Jail on one count of residential burglary.
