SANDPOINT, Idaho. – A man that was previously banned from attending Bonner County Commissioner meeting was arrested Tuesday after refusing to leave.
Dave Bowman was citizen arrested by Sandpoint Police Department along with one other man who was not booked into jail.
According to the Spokesman Review, both men were trespassed by the chair of the county on Jan. 26 for previous threats and meeting disruptions.
Bowman was booked into jail Tuesday but was later released on bond.
County prosecutors said they received a probable cause affidavit, but the case is still being reviewed to determine charges.
