Man arrested for allegedly stabbing hood of ambulance in north Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – A man was arrested after he allegedly stabbed the hood of an ambulance near STCU in north Spokane.

Shawn Moller, 51, was arrested and booked into jail for first degree malicious mischief for the damaged he allegedly caused to the ambulance.

An AMR paramedic was working when he said Moller stabbed the hood of the ambulance dragged it creating a hole and a 1-2ft scratch.

Court documents showed that the paramedic estimated the damages to be over $1,000.

The paramedic notified law enforcement and later identified him in the STCU parking lot.

Spokane County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the parking lot where they found Moller and advised him to stop.

A deputy said that Moller didn’t comply with orders and comply with orders and continued walking away.

Moller was then arrested and booked into Spokane County Jail.
