SPOKANE, Wash. — A Springdale man died after suffering a medical episode while driving on Thursday north of Spokane.
According to the Washington State Patrol, 82-year-old Jerry Fraley was driving southbound on U.S. Highway 2 at milepost 313 when he turned into a private parking lot and started having a medical emergency. The car continued to move and stopped in a field nearby.
The patrol said drugs and alcohol weren’t factors in the crash.
