FAIRFIELD, Wash. — near Fairfield has been identified.
According to a press release from the Washington State Patrol (WSP), Charles Luttrull, 67 was driving southbound on Highway 27 near milepost 65 around 7 a.m. when he reportedly swerved left off the roadway. His car rolled several times and flipped onto its roof.
WSP said no other cars were involved in the crash and confirmed that Luttrull was wearing his seatbelt.
