Man released from jail after 61 days in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A man who was involved in the death of a man in Spokane Valley has been released from jail after 61 days.

According to our partners at The Spokesman-Review, Dwayne Parks was sentenced to 61 days in jail after pleading guilty in Feb. to helping in the death of Deshaun Crawford. Parks is credited for time served and released from jail.

Parks said Crawford show up at the home with a gun in Feb. 2023.

According to The Spokesman-Review, the other man involved was Darell Harris who was found guilty of manslaughter in March. Harris was sentenced to 54 days and was credited for time served and released from jail.
