FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. – UPDATE 4:28 p.m.
In an update from the Moses Lake Police Department, the alleged shooter has been arrested.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office will reportedly take custody of the man and will be charged there as well.

The man suspected of shooting his mother and stepfather in Othello on Sept. 15 is still on the run.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the man allegedly shot two people at 9000 block of Sagehill Road around 5:30 p.m. before leaving the scene in a white 2009 Chevy Impala.

Both gunshot victims were transported to the hospital in Othello, one of them with critical injuries.
The FCSO is asking the public to remain vigilant since he has not been found, however there is no current threat to the public.
