SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Medical Examiner has released the name of the victim that died in a collision on New Years Eve in Spokane Valley.
Amber Arnold, 64, died as a result of the collision near Appleway Avenue and North Michigan Street.
The medical examiner says the cause of her death was blunt force injuries.
