COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – Two people in North Idaho are now facing serious charges after being arrested on Monday evening for alleged methamphetamine trafficking and unlawful possession of firearms.
Daniel Grove and Christina Ferguson were apprehended at a home along North 15th Street in Coeur d’Alene. The arrests resulted from a game camera with GPS capabilities, which investigators say was instrumental in tracking the suspects.
Inside the residence, authorities discovered 14 guns and 2.5 pounds of methamphetamine. The individuals were reportedly not allowed to possess firearms. Their arrest marks a crackdown on illegal drug and gun activities in the area.
