KELLER FERRY, Wash. — The body of a swimmer has been recovered.
According to the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office, a dive team was requested to assist the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office with the search for a drowning victim at Keller Ferry. A diver arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m. yesterday and began assisting in the search. The victim, a 39-year-old man, was located and recovered, as reported by the sheriff’s office.
The Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office and the dive team extended their condolences to the family members who were present at the scene while the search for their loved one was underway.
