MOSCOW, Idaho – The Moscow Police Department is searching for a missing 28-year-old man.
Daniel Thomas Lagmay is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds according to police. He has a neck tattoo of Chinese symbols and was last seen on Oct. 25 driving a 2006 gray Ford 500 between Moscow and Pullman.
