MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A Moses Lake man is facing charges after a slow-speed chase in Grant County.
Deputies report that a man was driving slowly along Patton Boulevard Northeast in the Larson community when they noticed smoke coming from the front of his car.
Valdez was reportedly driving on two flat tires late at night. Deputies said he hit a deputy’s car while attempting to go around it, causing minor damage. He was then arrested for the alleged conduct.
