MOSES LAKE, Wash. – The Moses Lake Police Department arrested four teenagers who are accused of throwing fireworks into cars, leaving a burnt out truck with melted tires.
According to the police department, the four teens were riding electric bikes around the city and tossing fireworks into open car windows. Police claim that this happened several times between July 4 and 6.
All of the teens are fifteen-year-old boys and each of them face arson charges.
