MOSES LAKE, Wash.– The Moses Lake Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect who stole hundreds of dollars worth of Ulta Beauty products.
According to police, the female suspect was wearing a poor-quality wig in the photos and may have a tattoo on her right jawline. Authorities are eager to identify and arrest her but have not yet determined her identity, which is where the public can assist.
