SOAP LAKE, Wash. – A motorhome was destroyed after a fire and explosions occurred late Wednesday night in Soap Lake.
The Grant County Fire District 7 reported that the fire was first reported around 10:30 p.m. at the 100 Block of Fern Street North. Explosions were heard, and another nearby structure was threatened.
Firefighters acted quickly to contain the flames and prevent further spread. Despite their efforts, the motorhome was declared a ‘total loss’ by GCFD 7.
A dog inside the motorhome did not survive the fire. Fortunately, no firefighters or individuals were injured during the incident.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
