SPOKANE, Wash. — Murdock Charitable Trust, a non-profit based in Washington state, has announced the awarding of grants to various non-profits throughout the state, including two in Spokane.
According to a press release from Murdock Trust, a total of 82 grants were distributed to non-profits across the Pacific Northwest, amounting to approximately $24,852,500.
In Spokane, the recipients include Teen Challenge International Pacific Northwest Centers, which received $350,000 for a new facility to expand its men’s recovery program. The Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture was awarded $272,000 to support new program staff, enhancing art curation and deepening audience engagement with culture.
