Nationwide cellphone service providers are reporting outages on Monday leaving hundreds of customers confused.
The Downdetector.com website that tracks outages has showed a spike in outages for Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
Major cities across the nation like Chicago, New York, and Atlanta are reporting a spike in the outages.
Users have said they are experiencing their phone going into ‘SOS’ mode and not connecting to local data.
