ELK, Wash., – Broadlinc, The Spokane Regional Broadband Development Authority announced plans to install a cellular on wheels (COW) in the Elk area to provide broadband internet to the area.
The cellular tower can be placed in areas of highest need and be moved based on location and coverage demand.
