LEWISTON, Idaho – Nez Perce deputies are investigating a single-car crash that left one man dead.
According to the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office, a car was reported on fire on 28th Street between Powers Avenue and Tammany Creek Road. When deputies arrived, they found a truck involved in a single-car crash.
Deputies said they discovered the man dead inside the truck. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the identity of the driver has not yet been released but will be announced by the Nez Perce County Coroner’s Office.
