SPOKANE, Wash. – No-Li Brewhouse has teamed up with Eastern Washington University (EWU) students to craft a new and refreshing beverage.
This marks the second beer collaboration between the university and the brewhouse. The latest creation is a Pineapple Hefeweizen brewed using No-Li’s one-barrel pilot brew system.
The new brew’s official keg tapping and release party will take place on Monday, June 3rd, at 5 p.m. in the No-Li Bier Hall.
Previously, No-Li and EWU students collaborated on the “E Dubbel U,” which clinched a Bronze at the 2023 Asia International Beer Competition in Singapore. This achievement made EWU the first university in the U.S.A. to secure an international brewing award.
