SPOKANE, Wash. – One lane of westbound I-90 is open following a crash Tuesday night.

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), many travelers are attempting to turn around and cross over to eastbound lanes. This includes going the wrong direction on I-90. WSDOT heavily advises that you do not do this as you are putting yourself and others in danger.

A second crash just east of where the first one was reported is also blocking westbound lanes. You should expect delays in the area.

The cause of both crashes remain under investigation.
