OTHELLO, Wash. – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for allegedly attempting to stab someone with a knife before hitting them several times with a garden hoe.
The sheriff’s office claims that a 50-year-old suspect came at someone with a knife in a field near West Highway 26 and South Booker Road, failed to stab them and proceeded to hit them with a garden hoe.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested the suspect in Othello on the 500 block of South 6th Avenue on an assault charge.
