A restaurant owner has offered free food for life to his customers – if they get a tattoo of his logo.

Sebastian Coman, who owns loaded fries restaurant Chip&Go in Bolton, Greater Manchester, has said that if anyone gets the ink, they can have a free meal every day.

The 36-year-old says the offer started off as a joke at first, but two people have now got a tattoo of the logo.

Sebastian, who opened the business two years ago, said: “I have customers coming back every day and praising the food, which puts me in a good mood.

“I said that if people are enjoying it this much, then let’s see how far people will go and that’s where the idea for the tattoo came along.

“A lot of people were joking about it but then I started getting messages about what tattoo size to get and where to get it.”

Sebastian says there are only five opportunities for customers to have the tattoo, but they can be any size or anywhere on the body.

He said: “They get a meal every day when our door is open.

“It’s any meal from the main menu, if prices go up then they won’t be affected.

“Hopefully, we are expanding next year as planned and will be opening a new shop, so they will get a free meal from there as well.

“They will get a free meal everywhere we go.”

Loyal customer Kevin Taylor, 49, has visited the business every week for two years and absolutely loves Sebastian’s special chicken fajita meal with chips.

He decided to get a tattoo of the logo on his forearm because he’s worked out he will save around £316 a year, now that he’s getting the free meal.

Kevin said: “I’ll save £316 a year, so when you think about it, the tattoo isn’t really that bad.

“The tattoo was £60 so it’s well worth it.

“He always changes it up, my all-time favorite meal there is an Asian street food one but that’s not on the menu at the moment.

“I think my favorite is a chicken fajita meal, you get sour cream and bread all on top of the perfect chips – they are never frozen and it’s so good.”

Kevin, of Bolton, Greater Manchester, says Chip&Go is his “favorite place” and he wouldn’t consider getting a tattoo for any other business.

He said: “This is my favorite place, we call Sebastian the ‘Chip God.’

“When people say Sebastian, it sounds weird to me now.”
