SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A person was killed in a shooting in Spokane Valley Monday morning.
Police responded to calls reporting a shooting had happened near the intersection of 4th Ave. and University Road.
As of shortly after 1 p.m., police were still looking for a shooter.
