INCHELIUM, Wash. – Around 1,000 people in the Inchelium area are currently without power.
Avista has reported the outage and is working to restore electricity to the affected residents. The company expects to have power back on by 8:30 a.m.
The outage is part of a larger issue, with thousands of outages reported on the west side of Washington.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed and check the Avista outage map for updates.
