KELLOGG, Idaho – A power outage hit Silver Mountain Saturday morning, causing a delayed opening for the ski resort.
According to Silver, Avista crews identified the problem at around 9:30 a.m. and estimated that the problem will be solved by 12 p.m.
Skiers will start loading the gondola at around 12:30 p.m. if the power is restored according to that timeline.
