BOISE, Idaho – State prosecutors in the case against Bryan Kohberger have submitted their list of expert witnesses. However, the identities of these witnesses will remain undisclosed until the trial, which is set to take place next August.
On Friday, Kohberger’s defense attorneys filed a motion requesting written summaries of the expert witnesses’ testimonies. This motion was reported by our partners at the Spokesman Review.
The defense is required to submit their list of expert witnesses by late next month. Kohberger faces accusations of killing Maddie Mogen, Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Goncalves, and Xana Kernodle over two years ago.
