PULLMAN, Wash. – The Pullman Police Department issued a warrant for 21-year-old Aaron Daniel Aung in connection to the disappearance of 2-year-old Seraya Aung Harmon.

The child was last seen with her father on May 29, and they were said to be going fishing in Montana.

Aaron Aung has been issued an arrest warrant for first-degree custodial interference after he violated the Latah County District Court parenting plan by retaining custody of Seraya.

Aung is described as 5’9″ and 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say he could be traveling with 21-year-old Nadia Cole, who has also been reported missing.

Anyone with information about Seraya’s location is asked to call the Pullman Police Department or their local law enforcement agency.
