SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Buddhist Temple is hosting its 37th annual Ramen Fest on Sunday.
The event will happen on April 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Chefs at the temple will cook ramen using a traditional Japanese recipe. Ramen can be ordered with pork/ chicken broth, veggies with chicken, or vegetarian broth with tofu ($15).
The temple is located at 927 South Perry Street. Public tours will also be available.
