What He’s Looking for in a Family: any size family will do
Extra Extra: Red is a Heeler and has a natural inclination to herd animals. While he is a very sweet dog with a good temperament, he’d do best in a home with older children or just adults as his size and energy might overwhelm smaller children. He already knows some basic commands such as “sit” and “stay,” but could benefit from obedience training (be sure to check out the FREE classes offered by SCRAPS) to make him a great fit for a home environment. He also has a lot of energy and will need daily exercise and playtime to keep him happy and healthy.
