KAMIAH, Idaho – The US Forest Service announced Tuesday that the 250 road near Clearwater River will undergo reconstruction from late August to October.
The forest service says that the construction will span from the Bungalow Ranger Station to the Kelly Forks Work Center.
“This project will improve 18 miles of existing roadway, providing better drainage and surface that will improve travel times and experiences,” the forest service said.
The road will remain open from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. throughout the construction efforts, and will also remain open during weekends.
