SPOKANE, Wash. – A registered sex offender from Montana was arrested Friday morning for allegedly following a child on the South Hill and fondling himself.
According to the Spokane Police Department, 28-year-old Eric Gray is accused of following a child while pushing a scooter.
Gray is allegedly suspected of multiple instances of lewd conduct in the past few days.
He was in Spokane County Jail awaiting an initial court appearance for communication with a minor for immoral purposes and indecent exposure Saturday night.
