MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A shelter in place has been canceled by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office after a fire caused sulfur smoke earlier Tuesday.

The order was for up to one mile east of Wheeler Road and Road M-Northeast due to sulfur smoke emanating from a fire at the Two Rivers Terminal.

Those within a mile of that area are asked to stay inside, shut-off air intakes and keep windows shut.

As of 5pm, the order has been lifted and the fire has been knocked down according to the Sheriff’s office.

This is a developing story. More information will appear as available.
