OSBURN, Idaho – Silver Hills Elementary School in Osburn sent a notice to parents this week after discovering a bedbug in a classroom.
The school clarified in the statement that finding a single bedbug does not necessarily indicate an infestation. However, they are taking precautionary measures to address the issue.
The school plans to inspect all classrooms and, if necessary, collaborate with an exterminator to eliminate any bedbugs.
Parents are encouraged to watch for any bites on their children and check for bugs in their homes.
